Canadian Pardons:

A pardon is a request to seal all criminal record for individuals who have been found guilty of criminal offices. Criminal records are not automatically removed or sealed. An application to national Pay Role Board should be submitted and approval from them should be maintained. Our office prepares all the required documents probably and submits them to the Board. Our clients put a minimum effort in this long procedure were we take care of almost everything. You are eligible to apply for a pardon if you completed your sentencing and your time frame wait.

US Entry Waivers:

The US department of home land security is taking a lot of measurement to secure their borders. Individuals with criminal records can be denied entry. To avoid any hassle you will need an US Entry waiver issued by Home Land Security.
Attempt an Entrance with no Waiver could have the following consequences: For The first attempt, the individual will deny entry and will be returned to Canada. However that’s not all of it, you might be arrested, Detained or even deported For the second Attempt the immigration officer is entitled to seize your belongings and your vehicle.
Unlike a pardon, there is no specified eligibility period for a waiver. The Us Department will issue the Waiver when they have the following information: The significance of your criminal record, what risk of harm you pose to the United States if you are admitted, and your reason(s) for entering the U.S.
To avoid the risk of embarrassment and humiliation of having to endure these hassles, you need a U.S. Entry Waiver. If you're planning on traveling to the United States, it's important that you apply for a waiver well in advance of your trip.
Waivers are valid for periods of time ranging from 1 to 5 years. Once a waiver expires, you must go through the same process again and apply for a new waiver.
Processing a waiver application can take anywhere from 6 to 12 months from the time the application is filed.

Small Claim Court:

Small Claims Court is a branch of the Superior Court of Justice. In Ontario it deals with civil disputes of a monetary value of up to $10,000 (Canadian).
In our office we prepare all the required forms, do our researches and studies and at the time of the court we represent our clients.
Even though the rules and procedures in the small claim court is simplified (fill in the blank forms) however an agent may be able to present you and your case in more professional way.
Examples of claims that can be filed in the Small Claims Court include:
- Unpaid accounts for goods or services sold and delivered
- Unpaid loans
- Unpaid rent (for former tenant)
- NSF cheques
- Property damage
- Clothes damaged by a dry cleaner
- Personal injuries
- Breach of contract

Landlord and Tenant Dispute:

Law sets out the rights and responsibilities of Landlord and tenant who rent residential properties.
Our office deals with all the forms and requirements to present either party, and because we have business relationships with some mediation firms we can provide our clients, if they prefer, to settle the dispute peacefully through mediators. In case our clients prefer to continue with their claims we proceed according to their instruction and present them in the Board.
